Which part of the side country? I've only got 3 ski days at the Canyons, but trying to picture where exactly...

To the south of 9990, its called Dutchess draw. Then off to north on Square Tops shoulder.

Dutch Draw, to be precise. Know what you're doing for it's extremely slide-prone, uncontrolled, and has been the site of fatalities:

I see the way it's written in the link above, and I haven't been there in a couple years, but I could have sworn that it was always called "Dutch's Draw."

The naming of trails, chutes, trees, rocks, and shrubs is taken very seriously in the Wasatch and no one is more dedicated to this pursuit than Admin... so I had no doubt that he was correct.

I'm just saying that on the older Canyons trail maps, I could have sworn that it was labeled "Dutch's Draw." I broke my femur nearby :x , so that's why it stuck in my mind.

Ultimately, it makes no real difference, I know.
