Cherry Peak, UT

Rumor has it the news will start up again soon :troll: :stir: :dead horse:

I'd call Cherry Peak a good family place but it looks low in altitude and has poor beginner terrain from the looks of it (unless you like cat tracks that zig zag). Might be the less crowded place to go during WROD season since they mention the full snowmaking, but I'm not seeing all that much attraction to it from a quick glance...

When you have 7 of the 9 premiere resorts in the state between 20-60 minutes away, why would you care about a tiny locals hill 2 hours away?

With that size, location and altitude I see a non-viable ski area. Eagle Point has the altitude and it's still non-viable being that close to SLC.
