Closin' Day in PC 4/13/2008

What an amazing season it has been. Didn't get my spring gear out until today. Every other day was mid winter conditions. I'll take another La Nina season any time. Although the season started a bit slow (we didn't get dumped on til early December), the storm track never let up. More importantly, temperatures stayed cold all season long, ensuring an optimum sliding surface. Unbelievable. Going to spend the next few months skinning Empire / Daly Canyons. Estimate skiing will be had until end of June, easy. Will continue to report throughout.

I hope so! It was nice to see your reports from the Wasatch Back this season.

pc looks fat for this late fer sure. end of june? my buddy craig has skied every month and almost every week for over 18 years straight in the wasatch. i think he uses the bird access to really stretch it out through summer, that'd be a drive for you. good show.
