headed up to g.m.d. at 7:45 this morning for an early season lap met skidog there just before 8:30 ,not alot of people around very placid .

to bad this will most likly be gone in three days it's supposed to warm next week , but it sure was a nice change of pace and good for the soul !!!
 
Such a nice time out in the beauty of nature. I love living in the wasatch. Bumped into some friends, skied with some friends and started off the 2011/12 season with a bang.

Nicely done, boys! =D> Too bad I was out of town for this one but the La Sals looked gorgeous on Friday with a foot or two on them.
 
those are actually aspens that haven't dropped their leaves yet but they've frozen , that what makes them look burnt instead of gold .
 
Wow! That looks like a lot of fun. Hard to believe that I skied here in Vermont about 1 year ago...it has been too warm to even imagine skiing yet here. Keep on livin' the dream!
