Just a quick day of teaching Jr. on the lower mtn. Like the rest of the west, a warmish day though breezy (as usual) which helped keep the surface from really turning past packed powder.
With quite a bit of recent snow until a few days ago when the sun came out, I wish I had gotten the opportunity to hit a few runs on the backside where all but 2-3 runs are open now (the steepest, rockiest stuff in Placer Glade for example). At any rate, a beautiful day to be outside. The tip connectors appear to be permanently done with and he did his the best skiing of the season as it were, albeit still on a leash. Day number 4 this year for him. If his swim lessons are any indicator, another 2-4 days and he'll really take off.
We ended up heading home just after the noon buzzer after 7 runs which allowed for the mandatory football watching here in Denver metro, but also allowed for a good bike ride in just long sleeve shirts down here in late afternoon. So another dual sport day in the books.
Despite the picturesque day I didn't have much time to snap much.
(FYI 200 KB limitation is still in place as I decided to test it and it bonked on one of my pics).
