Finally, paydirt. I spent most of the day on the Blackfoot chair tracking up Chief Joseph Bowl, Lost Warrior, and the Good, Bad, and Ugly trees.. Everything was soft, light, and knee-deep. It was so great that I didn't even make it over to the Sacajawea lift.
The first hour was clear and really cold, then it turned into Grand Foggee on the upper mountain along with more snow, which is supposed to continue all night, so I'm expecting a blank canvas tomorrow. With my wife along on this trip, it's nice to get some in-action photos of me for a change.
