"Guided" skiing by patrol in officially unopened sections of Zuma bowl... Reportedly extensively bombed for avi control earlier in the week. The snowpack is super sketchy along the continental divide area yet again this season given the odd snowfall patterns.

PCMR snow safety closed all Avi prone .ie pinecone and pioneer ridge at 1pm yesterday. I assume from pics that conditions where similar. Sunny on a weak snowpack, infact a basin has had more recent snow. Kinda dumb for patrol to sanction this. I bet someone gets a serious ass chewing. Glad everyone is safe
