Is the Colorado Pass still available?

As a 2007/2008 Colorado Pass Holder (costing $429), I was told in the Spring that the $579 Epic Pass was taking its place. I was further told that the less expensive Colorado Pass (originally intended and marketed solely to Colorado residents) would no longer be available to either Colorado residents or exisiting holders of the 2007/2008 Colorado Pass. Has anyone heard a definitive word on this?
 
colorado pass for 08-09 existed for purchase in the spring as usual. You'll have to wait a couple more weeks for it to become available for purchase again (prob labor day weekend if history holds), though usually in the fall it's an extra $20-$40 more than buying in the spring. Vail Inc backpedaled pretty quick in the spring on the 'Epic' pass replacement idea and re-offered the Colo pass as usual a week or two later.
 
Thanks for the info. I guess I will go ahead and save a few bucks and get the Colorado Pass again instead of the pricier Epic pass.
