A day not to be missed. Brilliant blue skies, mild temps, no wind, no crowd, oh yes and very good man made snow. Not too bad for pre-Christmas. <BR> <BR>The new 6 person lift works quite well. No real poling to get to either side of the hill from the top, only some skating. That chair flies. It's under 5 min's bottom to top. <BR> <BR>The 6-pack and the Widow's chair were running, no triple or the quad but they weren't needed. It was pretty much ski up to the chair all day. <BR> <BR>There's a lot of open trails, including: Whitetail, Whirlaway, Wild Turkey (I think) Panorama and all the stuff that is generally lit up at night. The half pipe didn't look like it was open but the park seems to be taking shape. <BR> <BR>The only negative was the groomer was a little too efficient, couldn't find any bumps. <BR> <BR>Lets hope the weekend weather doesn't do too much damage.
