The snow was about as good as it gets. Too bad this 60" storm cycle came during the busiest week of the winter, but it's OK to share too.
Pulling into the parking lot, trying to time the opening of NWX, which hasn't been open for days.
Peering over the top of the bottom of NWX, this chair makes Mt Bachelor what it is today. Summit is hot, but it's not open much during stormy periods.
Northwest got tracked out fast but it was the only chair with freshies as the others, except Summit, have been open all through the storm.

My first run down Backside today. Dreamy.
It's hard to make yourself stop and take pictures, the snow was so good. This is my new digital in action: Panasonic DMC-ZS6 with a 12X optical Leica lens.
So nice back there on a sunny powder day.
After two runs off the back I went down towards the Rainbow Bowls. More good stuff.
I'm about ready to jump on the East Catchline and head on down.
