spent the past 2 days skiing in maine.

nice pow day at the loaf yesterday, snowed all day and maybe 1 out of 10 chairs loading all day. narrow gauge was the pic of the day with soft manmade 6+ inches of new on top. with wind and snow it was a full on refill day.

today i skied the home hill and made a video with the crew. the riv skied very well today and the base being blown is quite impressive. most open terrain in the east.

fun day for making video

YEah, but sometimes closed ski areas are better.

Mont Sutton today: Wake, Extremeskiboy and Richard from ZSki:

A little 70cm with no one on the hill.

that is a lot of snow, but densities are light and folks are braking bones and stuff at jay because of it.

things are starting to happen........

Although Sutton is only a few miles North from Jay, it isn't as rocky.

There are a few differences with that video and Lucky's dawn patrol.

1) I don't think, might be mistaken, there was ever any Avy control at Mont Sutton.

2) Lifts haven't run at Sutton this year.

3) Lucky Luke never lived in New Jersey.

4) And he doesn't post any (or so few) TRs. 8)
