Lone Peak, UT backcountry -- holy crap!

Holy Crap! that looks like an awesome tour.

I'm very impressed, that first face had some serious exposure!

Geeez. I need a nap by just looking at those pics.

Skiing is one thing, but also climbing. And going for seconds and thirds.

It's reports like that which teach me to be very humble when asked about conditioning or ski ability.

In my dreams, maybe ......

Wow. That was stunning. Those lads are in great shape and I will never grumble about a bit of flat at the top of a lift! I love the digital technology that makes it possible for anyone to share great experiences.

Patrick, thanks for the BUMP. That was a totally awesome TR and nothing that I will ever accomplish, but it was a joy to see those photos on a hot August night. I will have to go back in time over all of last winter's TRs, to feed my skiing hunger for the next couple of months. My thighs are aching after reading that, and I don't think it's from this evening's jog. :D

We are all free to dream even if we are not likely to replicate these trips. I sent the link to pretty much everyone I have ever skied with. Anybody want to buy a nice house on LI?
