A-basin and Loveland both started their snowguns this week.
Last year, Loveland opened 2 days before A-basin and both were the first ski areas in North America to open for 2004-05 ski season (skiing continuously, as Timberline and Silverton had been open after labor day).
This season, now that A-basin have some experience in snowmaking shooting, who do you think will be the first to open in North-America ?
(except Timberline lodge if they're able to run their lifts for skiing until this winter) (I'm eager that the webcam re-begin to work !)
Some other choices possibles (regarding the last years) would be :
Copper (CO)
Boreal Ridge (CA)
Mountain High (CA)
Wild Mountain (Minnesota)
Trollhaugen (Wisconsin)
Mammoth (CA)
