Great day, not a cloud in the sky. Snow was unbelievable. Rushed to get kids in gear and into lessons by 10:00. 10:01 we were on the single headed for heaven. Disembarked from the good ship single, and headed for Antelope/Catamount for a beautiful warmup. Trees blanketed in snow, sky deepest blue, and nobody around. Simply beautiful..a natural elegance. Finished off our warmup on porcupine. Then up on the double for some quacky, eventually heading to grand canyon. Bumps were generously soft landing spots for both me and my bro-in-law, as we needed maybe more warm-up time. At this point we were fighting the clock, as the angelic instructors were now haried by our gang of 5, and it appeared that noon was approaching faster. Hit the double again, and enjoyed a thrilling ride down upper panther and slalom hill. The serenity and quiet inner-peace obtained during times such as this are indescribable. To do so would only diminuate these emotions. We broke for lunch. Yes, our table was the one with the 6 children ranting about how they got "serious air" and managed to argue over who gets the peanut butter & jelly all in one sentence. Regrouped to the double, and took a long and arduous journey down snail/lark/easy way/waterfall. We recruited only three of the 6 kids, hit the double again for different variations of quacky. They'll never forget it, and are aching to go back to MRG. Added note: As we arrived in the lower lot, I felt <BR>similar to how I feel when I get home and my wife and kids are ecstatic to see me. Such a welcoming feeling. Snow was outstanding.
