Thanks Chris. I forgot about those. I believe that these links were posted here on FTO a few years back, but I had forgotten about them.

Those are excellent resources. On the main map each red sector has a click-through with more detail. Scotty's is in the Wipeout-Paranoid detail.

I downloaded the Excel sheets from the other link on general principles and will look at them some other time.
