Left our motel in Ste. Anne de Beaupre friday morning to head home to Nova Scotia after 4 days of quad-burning skiing on hills with 4-times more vertical than we are used to was a daunting prospect, but we had one more place to check out.
Massif du Sud. They have even more snow than Stoneham but I'm sure its still not what they are accustomed to. I think 16/22 trails were open with 2 double black tree runs (16a & b I think).
Very good expert hill, low intermediate and novices have limited choices here. Light powder over a crusty base, decent conditions.
