This morning got up to the Bird right at 845 and dropped two cars up at Alta so we could do some Wildcat laps. From the looks of the Snowbird lots I assumed that the tram lines would be just as bad as yesterday but that just wasn't the case today (at least through noon). Looked like another 5-6 inches of new snow fell overnight and the new snow was a bit heavier than the past two days. I think the temps were a bit warmer today as well. That being said things were still great. First tram of the day got first tracks on Baldy AGAIN! Did that twice, then dropped into Wilbur Bowl which was great again, and ended the day with a Wildcat lap at Alta. The shoulder of Alta was so socked in it was kind of scary, just total white room and skiing using all senses other than sight, that being said the snow was so deep. At the bottom of the shoulder we hiked back up the Wildcat road and skied deep untracked pow all the way to car. Here are some shots from the day.
