Not nearly the snow quality of Le Valinouët a day earlier (see separate post), but Mont-Édouard has the challenge that Le Valinouët lacks. We found ample cover, again without any detectable ice. Some of the more "sauvage" runs had ledge, stumps etc. showing in places, but that merely defined the technical nature of much of the skiing. Everything was open, and everything was a delight.

The place was "packed" - no more than 100 cars in the parking lot at the height of the Sunday "crowd."

A full-fledged resort feature will follow here at FTO sometime in the near future, but for now, consider a side trip to Mont-Édouard when venturing to Mont-Ste.-Anne, Le Massif or Québec City.
