It would help if they actually operated all of those 9 months, as Mammoth will when they are so lucky. If it keeps snowing will Bachelor open or hold off to the scheduled Nov. 21 opening date?

True, the area was closed in June but reopened for 4th of July weekend. But if you included the (very generous) 1-1/2 hour drive that is awarded to many of those other "ski towns", we could claim Timberline, Mt Hood Meadows and Ski Bowl. Then it would be a 12 month season!
