Pretty cool.

mr rogers, me, and Bumpher Grrl Alice wore our scarlet begonias and
skinned up Nosedive today, under a bright blue sun and yellow sky. We
found storybook variety corn snow. Well, most places. Top of Nosedive
is still locked in some kind of ice age, but who does that surprise?
While Alice stopped for lunch, Roger and I went as far as the top of
Bypass, which we then descended with our patented whoops and hollers.
We continued through Slalom Glade, which was covered in utterly
delightful untracked corn. We rejoined Alice at the Sugar Slalom Race
Hut, and coaxed her back up to the top of Slalom Glade again.

All three of us then bounded down the glade with unbridled
exuberance. This time we kept right on going, all the way to the
parking lot, where we ran into that John Dostal fellow. He and I
compared AT equipment, because talking about skiing is almost as fun
as really doing it.

Altogether, about 2200 feet of vertical. What better way to celebrate May.
