Made THE "first tracks" down Exhibition, then over to Plunge. 5-7" reported at 7am was accurate, with 6-8" by opening and more in between bumps and on the sides. Very light (for the east). Not expecting a powder day after all the spring weather we've had.

Early in the week was great. They got 6-8" over the weekend of 3/11-12, with some icing but no major rain. Good base-building storm, which they needed after the warm weather. Monday 3/13 and Tuesday 3/14 were mid-winter like, packed-powder conditions with very good coverage on all but the natural snow trails. Wed/Thur we had classic spring skiing conditions. Got a bit wet at the bottom late in the day, with a few brown spots. But after yesterday's snow, everything was well covered (even some natural trails) and looking like mid-winter again.

Maybe winter isn't over?
