Took my 6-year out for a day of cruising, getting her more comfortable with speed. <BR> <BR>What a diff between conditions two weeks ago and this time. No fluff, it was largely corn, albiet dry corn. First time I've seen snow guns running anywhere this year. First time I've seen ruts on the NASTAR course too. Got spoiled in the powder. <BR>Nuff said bout that, still pretty good conditions for NE resorts. <BR> <BR>Lots more people out today, but amazingly always room in the lodge to sit. Peak Double chair best bet for getting to the top. Hurricane triple was the worst. <BR> <BR>Nearly no one on the blacks - lots of moguls, scratchy stuff, but plenty of places to turn. <BR> <BR>Great lower-skill day trip. still beats Wachusett, which though has better trails has terrible lift lines.
