Powder Cowboy, cat skiing, BC Canada, Jan 16-20, 2008

2nd hand info... My brother just did his first ever cat skiing trip. He skied at Powder Cowboy in British Columbia not all that far from Island Lake Lodge. I didn't get a lot of detailed description out of him (what terrain they hit, how much pow each day etc..) when I talked with him. But thought I'd put up his very generic comments and a couple of the pics he sent out...

After saving up enough $ over the past several years, I was finally able to go the Great British Columbia Mountains on a CAT SKIING Trip. Basically, you get to ski 6,000 acres of virgin powder with 12 of your best buddies.

No shortage of snow on this trip as you can see from the photos.

The VIO Helmet cam Link is a good friend, Skip, running his helmet cam...... pretty cool to watch.

Don't I wish. Something about mixed communications with the people on the trip & Flickr or something or another... It took 9 days to even get these (about 10 randomly numbered pics emailed to me). I'll post em if I get em, but for now the video clip (link is embedded in text of original post) is the only action I've seen myself.
