Powder Mountain Article With Some Nice Pics

Powder Mountain, old-school and underdeveloped, has only four chairlifts to serve its ample supply of alpine bowls.

I don't like seeing "Powder Mountain" and "underdeveloped" in the same sentence, or article for that matter.
