Interesting news for ski foodies - caught me unawares.

We went to a wine dinner at the St. Bernard at Solitude last night featuring Bibi Graetz wines. Chef Greg Neville was there....he has sold Lugano about a month ago and is now "Village Director" at Solitude. Essentially he is executive chef for Solitude's village restaurants and the menus have been completely overhauled. The entire kitchen staff and wait staff at the St. Bernard has been replaced and are living up to a new standard of excellence.

Oh, the six course Tuscany style dinner was paired with 6 spectacular wines and was simply great.
 
Interesting. I had no clue. I certainly would expect Neville to elevate Solitude's dining substantially.
