Packed in about 6 runs off the Sterling lift between 2:45 and close. Well worth it. About 3 choices at the top and two choices lower down. Very edgeable manmade with a healthy bit a natural thrown in at the upper elevations. <BR> <BR>Several places to leave the slope in favor of air if you're so inclined, and many of the boarders were today. It's cruising, but it's not crowded and its not super slick. <BR> <BR>Morse will take quite a bit to open but Madonna looks like it just needs a few cold nights to get going. Last ride up the clouds broke just enough to coronate Madonna with a pale rose hue and to reveal a few tantalizing glimpses of the cliffs and ice floes of the Notch. It's wetter, but it's still winter up there. Have faith. The big one is coming. Face shots in time for the Madonna's next feast day? <BR> <BR>Here's to hope...
