What you want to use from Vimeo is what's within their embed parameters in their embed code. For example, from their embed code:

Great video. I'm still amazed watching people hit those huge jumps in the park by Main Lodge. Riding the gondola up and having boarders/skiers fly past is pretty cool.

As someone who attempts to get & post some video as well, I have two quick questions. What camera/camcorder and which editing package do you use?

Samsung SC-HMX10, great camcorder films in 720p (60fps, great for slow-mo), fits in all my jacket pockets.

Adobe Premiere Pro CS4

Admin just requests that you sign a form acknowledging that snowboarders are far more likely to wreck powder conditions and improperly cut traverses, and that you support Alta, Deer Valley and Mad River's ski-only policies.
