Due to our move to new servers, the date and time attributed to this post is incorrect.)</I> <BR> <BR>No snow where I live, about 40 miles away. Maybe 1-2 inches in Stowe. But as soon as I got up to the base of the quad, there was a lot of powder. A minimum of 4" everywhere, and more like 6-8". <BR> <BR>The parking lot was empty. There was nobody on the slopes, and no waiting at the lifts. The Gondola didn't even have their big door open. What an epic powder day (and I on my carving board. Oh well.) <BR> <BR>If you make it up there yesterday, Perry Merril was practically untouched and full of fluffy, powdery moguls.
