Flat terrain, crud off-piste, unfinished base area with Tyvek siding. At least is was inexpensive and of interest to students of the financial crisis.
 
A few more details would be helpful. Supposedly one of the chairs was removed as a result of the bankruptcy. Did that reduce the accessible terrain much?
 
A lift servicing an entire terrain pod was taken out. Can't comment on what I couldn't ski.

The homeowners association is running the place Th-Su. Sundays are $25 with a season pass from another ski area. When I presented my AltaBird the cashier must have though I was joking.

I would rather do laps on Wilbere.

Careful skiing the San Bernadinos. Sounds like a killer on the loose.
