Taos is open top to bottum. 13" new snow was really needed! Another storm on way for start of spring break.

March 27-April 2 is Taos 50% off lift & lodging. Adults $28 ticket, singles from $32/night.
 
The record setting season total snowfall is all the way up to 79 inches. That's 41% of normal. It needs to get up to 140 by the end of April to avoid being the driest season in history. Since Taos closes a week or two into April even when it's loaded with snow, from a skier's perspective this season has already clinched the title of worst ever.

For those of you who have been to Taos and seen the topography, the reported base depth of 31-38 inches tells you all you need to know.
