Taos Area 15-20" Fresh & Area January Events

jfslenes, if you had stopped into Liftlines for any other purpose than to post marketing messages, or even private messages that I have sent to you, you would have read replies to previous messages, both from myself and from other users, cautioning you against using Liftlines for purely marketing means. Instead, this message was perhaps the most blatant and was therefore removed. If you choose to join the community here as a productive member, you're welcome to post...but another such blatant marketing message and we will be forced to institute a ban.

Thank you for your understanding.

Marc, you must have the patience of a saint. I never got to see what he posted this time, but if it was worse than the others I'd have already dinged him!

Marc,
Just ban this guy. I'm a Taos local and tired of seeing his marketing crap. By the way the skiing is getting good.

Well then, dang it, give us details! We'd love to get regular "No-Bull Reports" from you.

It is likely that Taos will be a worthy ski destination sooner than my Feb. 1 rule of thumb this season. 29 inches new in the past week, 56-65 inch base, 89% open. At Christmas Taos was dead average in snowfall and 50% open, also typical. The last 2 weeks have been quite productive, and considering what's going on now in SoCal, more is probably on the way.
