Not that I heard. I don't recall dismissal or settlement being a requirement of the transaction closing, however.

Talisker inherits all of the lawsuits/risk. The original price of $100M went up and the lawsuit costs and risks went with the sale too, which makes Vail's last minute efforts at least partially 'successful'. Given the size of Talisker overall, we may never know if the end costs were overpayment for that asset or not.
