Wednesday night it was 2-3" of saturated snow atop soft-ice &/or mud! That fork's starting to penetrate- can't get colder soon enough, 'cuz if it stays warm it'll be done _before_ the weekend! (Forecast is for rain _or_ snow starting Thursday, but it'll most likely hit 60F before the front moves in. Watch the reports carefully!)
