I'm a chaperone/occasional teacher (of skiing). All three of the main front to bottom trails open, some bare spots, but generally good cover, but of course soft snow with temps in 40's and increasing rain. I made about 8 runs. My first time out, using my old slalom Dynamics, which were then left at the shop to have Rossi bindings switched to new Atomic 9.18s bought thru professional program. It pays to keep PSIA accredited. The skiing was not too bad, fast on the melting hard manmade then slower as more rain fell. One good thing was no grooming so bumps were building. Normally in freezing weather Wachusett grooms every few hours when the hordes of school programs are running, and the only moguls are machine made.
