There is clear skies forecast, with warm tempratures. If you look at the Alpine Meadows webcam, you will notice the alarmingly low amount of snow for this time of year. Apparantly, according to the Farmer's Almanac, Tahoe should experience weather patterns similar to the Pacific Northwest last year! Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley, have confirmed that they plan to postpone their November 18th opening, while Boreal Mountain Resort, was supposed to open on Haloween, with no opening day in sight.
