For those who have followed the huge fight over a village built by billionaire Red McCombs at the Wolf Creek ski area...
The latest development surrounding the proposed development involves a land swap with the NFS for slightly different land nearby the currently owned land but with restrictions on the size of the eventual village among other things. More detail from the Denver Post.

Given that McCombs is now 85 one has to wonder how much longer this fight will persist (it's been ongoing since 1985, but most heated from the mid -90's on).
