Tonight...Windy with rain and snow...Colder. Accumulation 1-2 inches. Lows at 8000 feet in the upper 20s.

Tuesday...Breezy...Snow. Accumulation 6-12 inches above 7000 feet. Highs at 8000 feet in the mid 30s. West winds 15-25 mph.

Tuesday Night...Breezy. Partly cloudy in the evening then clearing. Lows at 8000 feet in the mid 20s. Northwest winds 15-25 mph in the evening.

There's nothing yet visible on the peaks nearby, but the mountains on the horizon north of Ogden are sporting a white crown. If the predicted 6-12" does in fact come to pass, I'm making turns tomorrow afternoon in the Albion Basin. That'll mark month #12!

Looks like something is blowing-up above NNM too. haven't checked the weather lately but it looks promising... at least for moisture, the air temp is still pretty high.

TSM, if I shoot video it'll only be a quick AVI with the still cam. There's no point in shooting DV if I'm the only one making turns.

However, count on lots and lots of stills if this comes together. Man, I'm crossing my fingers. The local meteo types seem to really believe in this one -- they're calling for 1/4 to 1/2 inch of rain down here in the SLC valley.

Our weather here is happening as scheduled! It's snowing in Parley's right now, according to the traffic report, and we've now been upped to a winter storm warning. They're still calling for 6-12" in the mountains today. It looks like I'll be ducking out of work early today. \/

still puking tonight. more on the way tomorrow. temps back up into the 50's for end the week. hopefully stay's cool enough for this weekend because i don't plan on hiking with a board on my back for no reason.
