despite mt washington being down 70" below average snowfall for the year, it's been quite a good year that saw high winds deposit the 200+ inches onto lee slopes providing great pow days up high all winter, and perfect supportive peel away corn days this spring. today was exceptional...

maybe you should tour more often out there. you can come home everyday with that ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^same experience and outcome. rog

i've said it before, i'll say it again, nothing is better than a good dose of rain to wash away the old tracks and booters from a busy weekend. thousands were on george last weekend followed by a warm/rainy monday and a sunny, zero crowded tuesday. temps stayed in the 40's and 50's overnight...

wildcat is up over 220" where the average is 200" cannon is up near 250", well above average canaan valley wv is up to 216" where the average is around 180" mt washington? below average i'm sure, but skiing with mega deep bases on east side per usual. rog
