Alta, UT 12/24/11-1/2/12

I should add that since moving here I apply a different technique to them, too. In the constrained spaces back East I'd have to ski a tight line. Here I just make big GS turns though them and absorb them en route to smoother snow.

The zipper line is for:
* the narrow, crowded, icy trails of the east
* Olympian wannabes
* people who do not value their knees or are young enough that their knees are still made of Kevlar and graphite.
* east coast visitors to Alta

They have taken their toll on my knees..but I have no choice over here..and they do make things more interesting..got to work with what you got.
