Snows... freezes...

It looks like Loveland began to really make snow on the upper part of their beginner trail (is it catwalk ?) 2 weeks remaining before they open <IMG SRC="http://www.firsttracksonline.com/discus2/clipart/happy.gif" ALT=":)"> <BR> <BR>Next night, the forecast is well above the freezing point in the north and I guess it will be the same at Killington, so I bet that tonight's the night !!! Let's pray for snow...making ! (and natural snow too) <BR> <BR>Oh yeah, Tremblant got it's first snow last night. Unfortunately, like last year, the wet snow stuck on the camera..... <BR> <BR><IMG SRC="http://www.firsttracksonline.com/discus2/messages/8/2752.jpg" ALT="1st snow on october 2">

Also at my house in Concord, NH I got some snow showers with no accumulation, and my house is only at at about +or- 500 feet. So the snow came to more than just the mountains. <BR>Porter in NH
 
Thanks for the links, Porter... <BR> <BR>cool to see some snow in the other mountains ! <BR> <BR>Hey, the snow on the Tremblant's cam finally melted out... so here is the terrain this morning : <BR> <BR><IMG SRC="http://www.firsttracksonline.com/discus2/messages/8/2755.jpg" ALT="super pic of Tremblant this morning"> <BR> <BR>I'm sure they got at least one inch, cause all the trails are obviously white, on the upper mountain !!

Hey !! the snow is coming !! <BR> <BR>On the forecast here, the temperature will drop a lot, friday and next weekend, according to the actual forecast, we could have some snow even here in lower elevations. <BR> <BR>If there is 3-4" or more, in the north, I'm flying with the skis in the car, cause I will have some time to try to do some quick turns, next weekend !! <BR> <BR>I can't wait !!!!!
