I wrote a message and now I don't see it, so I guess I'll try again...

Pics here:
http://www.pbase.com/chromer2/loaf102503

Temp at the base Saturday morning was about 38-40. Started skinning barely 100 feet above the base of the superquad.

Had lunch in Bullwinkle's foyer. The temp there (2800-ish feet) was well below freezing.

Skied down Scoot. Quite nice for the first 1000 vertical, then progressively thinner and stickier.

Skied right to the base of the superquad, although at the end there was more grass than snow under my skis.

Rob... are you Chromer or you were with him ??

Nice pics at the Loaf... particularly the new ones recently added !!

Glad that you've been able to make your first tracks in october !!!

Thanks Marc.

There is just something that I rush to understand, though :

On Skivt-L, there is at least 3 names that contain "Chrome", but they're not related at all with "Rob"... lol

Frank - thats all me from various different computers...

Marc - I lurk here a lot, I just don't often have much to contribute. The condition report for North Podunk, ME isn't really all that interesting most of the year.

Thanks for the explanations, Robadrianochromer ! lol

I Don't know what is North Podunk, but if you go to Big Rock or Big Squaw, it would be really cool to have some reports and pics, cause it's some areas really unknown of most of people and both of them look good !

Podunk - American for Ste Je Ne C'est Pas. (Surely there must be a one or two villages with that name that in Quebec) ;-)
