Wow. 12-18 hours of storming still to go there, too.

I can't get there. "Plowed" roads here had 5" on them. Unplowed highways had drifts breaking over my Forester's hood at 4:30 this morning.

Where to go. Where to go...

looks like this storm will be really good for ski areas to build their bases. not so good for non-locals trying to make it up north. i'm hoping it's bad enough to justify the state shutting down my place of work tomorrow! keep on snowing!

MRG opened one week early today on 20 inches and still snowing! and i'm stuck here unable to get my car out and for the first time that i can remember, affraid of the roads.

LOL I think that this is more frustrating than me stuck at home for studying !!

(Although Sutton is going for the 2 feet of snow too and Orford already passed 1 foot). Less than 2" here, but at least it's all white !

The 4wd is out on my truck and wont be fixed till tuesday so i'm stuck too,Frank.
I bet there were lots of lift delays today anyhow.Jay reports 50+ trails but I bet thats only if you want to hike from the top of the Metro quad,LOL.Could this be another 500+ year for Jay?Hope so!
((*
*))NHPH

Yeah... what a good idea of Scott, on Skivt-l to say to all the people to drive to the mountains BEFORE the storm

Incredible for you... congrats to live in New England ! lol (I hope that there was no people from New England that were at Tremblant this weekend, after have seen the storm of last week) They didn't receive nothing in the actual storm...

Sugarloaf now announce on their website 40+" of snow and all the terrain is open...... from the chairlifts open. So except the Snowfields and the other trails on the very top, practically all is open.

WOW,

damn my stupid knee, i had the means to get almost anywhere this weekend and i cant ski and i miss two epic powder days
cant wait till jan.

porter
