    Ya, Killington's page says beginning of November, but they are quick to reasure people that they have 2 to 3 times more open terrain at thanks giving. What a load. ashame they aren't honest. <BR>Porter

    DISTURBING TRENDS

    I agree, the last time I skied at killington was about two years ago when they had an early season ski for free day. The mountain is good but cost way to much and they are only open if they can make a buck on the skiers. Way to expensive, I will any ski area any day for 30 dollars less...

    How many mountains have you skied?

    Alright here it goes, <BR>I have skied 41 ski areas, and I am only 17. Last year I skied 51 days in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and Quebec. The most vertical that I have had in one day is at a ski area called Mt. Sunapee in New Hampshire, with +or- 54000 on a weekend. <BR>Porter in NH
