And a guarantee of property winter tyres too if renting in the winter months.
 
The winter tire issue on car rentals is much more of a problem in the US than in Geneva/Zurich. And FYI I got a car rental in Calgary in 2019 with very marginal tires. I needed assistance getting out of Castle's hotel parking lot with maybe 2 inches new snow

Rental cars at major airports in Switzerland always come equipped with proper winter tires/tyres. I've driven them in some very challenging conditions.
